Basketball injury to my leg? someone help me it hurts? |
idk how but my leg has benn hurting a lot like my thigh if im in a specific position it will hurt like im pulling something out of place im not sore but it does really hurt if i sit down for a while and i get up it hurts whats worng with me this has been going on for 2 days should i make an appointment with my doc. one time it got really bad i was getting uncomfortable and i was scared to move it cuz of the pain why does it hurt ? it doesnt hurt when im sitting down but if i lift it up it will hurt or try to cross my legs it will hurt try waiting a little longer with ice and heat switching off on it... it sounds like you just pulled or streched something, maybe tore it but I dont think you broke anything... and if you tear a tendon or something (as long as its not much) they cant do anything but give you pretty much advil... im witcha... happened to me (i broke my toe at basketball) and once when i hurt my knee, i put on ice for 20 minutes, then rotated a few times, to reduce swelling... i would see a docter |
