Leg Warmers? |
What injuries do leg warmers prevent you from getting? (my co-worker is making me ask this!) When you dance/ aerobics the leg warmers keep your muscles warm preventing strains/ tears Charlie horse. :P imonia umm westnile (misquto bites) umm frost bites They prevent your leg from fractures. I think they would cause you injuries since people would beat you up because your wearing them. Get out of the 80s. Alone, leg warmers won't prevent injury. They help keep the muscles in the legs warm so you're less likely to pull a muscle, but if dancing or exercising, warm-up exercises are needed. Cramps & pulled musces, and it keeps you warmed up so you dont have a possibility of injury! uhhh arent they those things that no1 wears |
