I am having severe leg pains...no injury. I was wondering what may be the cause?

I am 44..I do not think growing pains..lol

It could be many things. I would first have your electrolytes checked. Too much or too little potassium can cause leg cramps. Calcium can affect muscles. But is it a muscle pain? Joint? Bone? Blood flow? Do you have diabetes? Without knowing anything else, it would be hard to guess what is causing it.
It could be arthritis, clots, diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, drug interactions, pulled muscle, torn ligament, normal joint wear and tear, etc etc etc
Go see your doctor soon or narrow it down for you :)

Walking, stop walking so much. Just don't leave the couch.

go to the doc, that's very bad... it might be ur bones.. or ur muscles.. u have to see someone. many diseases come from just that little pain.. get checked

growing pains??? I dont know how old u are so thats the only thing I can think of.

Take zinc supplements. Is the pain clenching as if someone wound the leg muscle into a vice and won't let go? Do you get this pain in your hands and feet too? Leg pains with no injury are almost 100% of the time signs of a zinc deficiency. Take about 13-15 mg 3-4 times a day, always with some food. If that doesn't do the trick you can up the dose to 20-25 mg 3-4 times a day, but be careful or else you tend to get a sick stomach. (No complications, but if the zinc touches the stomach wall you'll get nauseous).

Send me a private message and I'll give you any additional info you'd like, including a referral to a professional who can guide you by email as to the exact supplements you need.

it may be leg cramps caused by a lack of potassium..eat a banana or drink some orange juice.

there are a variety of reasons, but i would run not walk to
my doctor and have them checked. it could be circulation
problems, blood clots or something less severe. do it now
before it gets worse.
