we were not at fault the car that hit us pulled out in front of us and our car is total and i was told i was gettin nothin for my injury from theres car inc.company!!

you can get a lawyer and have him call their company you will get the max.if u dont they wont pay ur bills or nothin

you will not get anything, if your medical bills were submitted to the car insurance company and they agree to pay, the medical facilities will be paid. If the insurance company does not agree to pay your medical costs you may take it to court and see if they will rule in your favor.
