For people with eating disorders, i think i have one, and honestly dont mind. advice please.? |
i always try not to eat in order to become skinny...but i never have lost one pound. i always give in and it drives me crazy. i tried "self induced vomiting" or whatever its called yesterday.....i dont know what it does but i was really mad and upset. i have huge legs and im getting a pudgy stomach. You need to see someone ASAP. Your healthy for your height - 100lbs really isn't I'm glad you're concerned about my wasting time, but I'm going to do it anyway. Use any BMI calculator - your weight is fine. And PS. throwing up (bulimia) will often not make you lose weight. Starving yourself won't help much either, your metabolism will slow down to nothing. You might as well quit the crew team - when you meet your goal of losing 15lbs in the next month, you will be too weak to participate. If you want to look good, develop muscle tone. The scale will go up, but so will your self esteem. I'd advise you to seek counseling, but as you say, I'd be wasting my time. Just do yourself a favor, print this question and all the response out and give them to your parents and teachers. You should stop being such a dumbass, not hurt yourself and just eat healthy portions of healthy foods (veggies and lean protein), excersise for at least 20 mins a day. You will die, and so stop trying to make yourself throw up and stop restricting yourself. If you are not losing weight by eating healthily try eating less carbs. eating dissorders have ruined my life for the past 2 years. and i'm 15. i would give ANYTHING to have my life back. For one...you are robbing your body of vital nutrients. Not eating slows the metabolism down to where it shuts off completely to conserve energy. You could fast 5 days and all you'll lose is water weight. |

He will die young! Just tell him you would really love to have him around for longer than he is going to permit if he continues this way. Was he not like this before you married? He needs ... No. My husband and had it. Before they had "Requip" he took Levadopa, a Parkinson's medication. It helped and eventually it went away. But it's in the legs and the legs only... You would not be taking in enough food to sustain daily life and this would cause your metabolize to back pedal and would put your body into famine mode. Yes you would loose weight in the beginning... I would say go with less insurance coverage if you were comfortable with that, except for your current condition. Here are some quick thoughts. All the Web sites I mention are listed below. 1... wear long pants? ...Unfortunately, I (or anyone else here for that matter) can't say that "yes it will definitely help you," or "no it definitely won't." I've heard many stories fro... Maybe it is restless leg syndrome? ... |
