Do people with restless leg syndrome (rls) feel nervous? If so, can it be confused with anxiety disorder? No. My husband and had it. Before they had "Requip" he took Levadopa, a Parkinson's medication. It helped and eventually it went away. But it's in the legs and the legs only. More info: No they do not feel nervous,. They are very relaxed and in fact they are usually asleep when their legs start jumping and moving and that is what wakes them up. I think it has more to do with a high metabolism, your body keeps moving because it needs to burn more. It should go away if one gets enough exercise. I have the form of RLS where I just feel uncomfortable. My legs don't actually move at all, I just feel like I have to get up and MOVE!! I don't get it that frequently however. I can certainly see where you are coming from in your question. I suppose I do get antsy at certain points in my life where I am stressed or anxious, and that is where the RLS is more common than not. |
