What is the best/most effective way to make your thieghs bigger? |
I can never find pants that fit me because my legs are so thin. No I don't have an eating disorder, my legs are just very skinny and long. Please tell me an exersise or food that makes your theighs (and maybe also your calves) bigger. I already do 200 squats a day but it is not working! PLEASE HELP! Also if there is a brand of jeans that run really skinny in the theigh and long please tell me. I HAVE A REALLY FAST MOTABOLISM AND I CAN'T GAIN WEIGHT! How fast do you think I can gain an inch on both my theighs? Reps doesn't make you gain muscle size- heavier weights does. All you are doing is building endurance and are actually helping keep them small by doing such a low weight because that becomes like a cardio workout. Try lifting heavier weights for fewer reps (like 6-7 5 rep sets). And don't just do squats- lunges will help, and machines will help as well for isolating certain areas. Either that or you can find a tailor and have pants taken in to fit your legs. Add some weight to those squats. Also get a weighted vest and run with it on. |
