What's a really good way to lose body fat? Especially gross belly -fat?


Okay, I've reached my limit on my fat level (I don't want to affend anybody) but, I really don't want fat on my body. I need to know a fat and easy way to get rid of this fat. It's stomach and leg fat. I don't want to get surgey, join some club, or get some eating disorder. I just need to know a really good way to lose some fat, if not fast...then acurate. ALL the stoamch and leg fat by hopefully, late December-middle of January. Please help!

i have the same body type if i dont exercise i hold all my fat in my butt thighs and stomach. most women do actually.

running is the best way to lose fat in these areas. Running burns serious calories. A 145 LB person can easily burn 300 calories in 30 minutes.

interval training is great too

There are two groups when it comes to cardio training. The "slow & steady" group and the "high intensity" group. These two groups breakdown like this:

Slow & Steady Cardio

Long duration (45min - 1 hour)
Low intensity
Burn fat and not carbs
Preserve joints
High Intensity Cardio

Short duration (20min - 30min)
High intensity (interval training)
Burn tons of calories & rev up your metabolism throughout the day
Treat cardio like weights - explosive movements (sprinting, etc)

I'd try both for at least 6 weeks and make sure to monitor your progress with a journal and if you want take weekly photos of yourself to see if you're losing body fat.
