Celebral Palsy is learning disorder?

Celebral Palsy is learning disorder?

What? oh..yes .. neurological physical disabilities.
CP claimed as a learning disorder

It is a mental defect, not a disorder.

no. its a serious birth defect however stupidity is a learning disorder.

Cerebral palsy is a medical diagnosis that says the person has some form of damage to the nervous system, i.e., brain. It is not a learning disorder but because CP can manifest itself in body movements that are not standard, the person could be viewed as having a learning disorder.

If you want an example of a person with CP characteristics, look at Stephen Hawkins! He is a genius

Cerebral Palsy does not affect the brains thinking capacity at all. They think just like you and me. The difference is, they have a defect somewhere along their nervous system so they cannot control their body very well at all. They can make broad movements, they can move their arms and legs, head, facial expressions (to some extent). They just dont have the fine motor skills to do delicate tasks and small movements.

Cerebral palsy is an at-birth or pre-birth brain injury. It can cause seizures and disable one or both legs or arms. My husband is lucky: he got help and surgery when he was young and can walk and use both hands (though the right one is a little weaker). And his parents made him learn to be independent.
