What should I do if I wanna find out if I have a learning disorder?

Where would I go?

I don't really know where to start....

You could start with a trusted teacher or your doctor. They will know what to do.

Talk to a school counselor or school shrink. Your parents/guardians will help you out too. Read about them on line, maybe if you know someone with the disorder you think you have, you can talk to them about what they did.

See if you can get a psychologist to do some testing on you. It would require reading and writing type of testing
