How to self study if I have ADHD? |
first of all I cant afford to have a theraphy from a Psycologist... My ADHD and learning disorder is a big hindranc ein my studies and it also gave me lots of writer's block. Do your own research but it was testified in Switzerland about a year ago by a top panel of leading psychologist and psychiatrists that this was a made up label to sell lots of drugs. Just take A LOT of frequent breaks, like every 10-15 minutes and make sure to keep the breaks short. Maybe do exercise, like 20 jumping jacks or situps, or take a quick walking lap around the house. Try to avoid coffee, drink black tea or herbal tea instead. Good luck, but remember, frequent short breaks to burn energy and then relax with teas and bubble baths! |

You do not grow out of ADD. So if you had problems with concentration and focus in school you will probably experience the same while working. You should go to the doctor and discuss if the medic... take a IQ test, go to a therapist and tell them you want these types of tests done. ...He is having a mental disorder I would say. A chemical imbalacne that is not enabling him to cope with things or make decisions... If he won't accpet help, here in Canada, you can be put in... Quite a few children in my family have had ADHD.
