Iv'e wriiten a book based upon mental disorders,is there a market for such?

This story is true, its of someone mis-diagnosed and the efforts that another puts into successfully proving and helping that person,only then to learn of their true illness,which eventually results in their death .

many mental disorders can be successfully cured,and in the dealing of several i have found that the only way to do so is through the knowledge of understanding so as to gain the true cause leading to them,for once you determine the cause, the cure is then just a matter of time.

If you sell enough books (you'll have to promote your book yourself) you have a better chance of a major publisher picking up distribution of your book. You can also purchase an ISBN number from lulu and your book will show up on amazon.com and Barns and Noble's online store. There are other self publisher websites but they all charge higher fees.
