Did i have a minor eating disorder?

hi! im 13 and this year we are learning a lot about eating disorders and what people who have them are like in health. i think that there is a small possibility i might have have one from 2 years ago to this summer, when i figured a lot out about my life. starting 2 years ago, it began with the thought that it might make my parents notice it i got really skinny, and plus id look better. (i was average weight.) i made up tons of exercise and diet plans, and didnt eat as much, sometimes putting food in a napkin at dinner to flush away later. i counted calories. my "friends" always joked that i was "fat" which made me have practically no self esteem for 2 years. i barely talked and cried almost every day. i didn't become like a waif, i ate every day, but still when i watch movies about anorexic people i feel like i had a lot of their symptoms. (perfectionist, obsessed with calories...) i would almost always turn down an invite to hang out bc i didnt want to show myself to anyone.

at one of the worst points, i cut myself. i was so unconfident. anyway, i just wanted to know if i might have had a minor eating disorder..and doctors...? thanks. im sorry if this is out of line or unsensitive to real eating disorders, but this is the only place i can ask. thank you so much!
