Is lead poisoning an environmental or nutritional disease?

Does inhalation of lead ions counts as nutritional? because isn't that how most lead poisoning occurs; like through dust and fumes?

I know you can get lead in food which can cause lead poisoning, but is that common enough to make it a nutritional disease?

I live in a city with a lot of older housing. Most lead poisoning here occurs through babies and very small children eating chips of lead paint, which apparently has a faintly sweet taste. Some of them whose cribs are near lead-painted surfaces peel off the tiny chips themselves.

Of course, inhaling or eating lead paint dust can also affect people.

I don't know how you are defining environmental diseases and nutritional diseases, but by my own definition, I'd call lead poisoning environmental.
