I had dirty water splashed in my eye that had rubbed off paint from a truck in it, could I get lead poisoning?

I was helping a friend wash their truck when the paint started to rub off onto the cloth, very soon after, I was spraying the paint off of the cloth into a bucket, and the water went right into my eye, I was wondering if it would be possible to get lead poisoning from this since I know alot of paints for automobiles have lead in them.

No, it's so indirect that you won't get lead poisoning. Don't worry about that.

I would suggest getting your eye flushed out though, it may help. I had hot-sauce in my eye once (Claimed to be the second hottest in the world...), and I could've very well gotten an infection if I didn't get it flushed out. Even after it stopped burning.
