Can you get lead poisoning from eing stabbed by a pencil?

i was liffting a cot and a pencil stabbed me in the leg i cleaned it with some stuff and put some nealsorin on it and a thing

I got stabbed with one..
my dr told me it actually has to be inserted into a vein and go through your vein and has to be...more than a little to affect you..
so unless you are inserted it by a needle on purpose then you have nothing to worry about =)

No. The "lead" in a pencil is graphite, a type of carbon (element C), and unrealted to the "lead" (element Pb) which causes lead poisoning. Ask your science teacher more more details!

And as someone pointed out - it is NOT lead in pencils these days.
