Has anyone ever had a vaginal latex allergy??

If so, what kinds of symptoms did you have? I have looked all over the net and cant find specifics on what kind of rash it causes...please help!

I haven't but my friend does. She gets them all the time.
I really feel sorry for her, she has to be careful with condoms, and the latex in them. She can't use lubricant's either.
Basically it is a rash like a yeast infection. I don't know if it has anything to do with yeast deposits, but that's how she described it to me, plus the discharge is usually thicker, and sometimes might have an odor.

She found all this out from her Gynacologist, check in with yours I'm sure they will be able to help.

Look up allergic reactions all together, but if you are allergic to latex and used a latex condoms then then your vagina would be swollen and you would have trouble walking

I'm a nurse. I have a latex allergy but it is from the gloves from using them over the years. Itching, shortness of breath, dizziness, and rash. You need to take some OTC benadryl for this (take as directed). If you experience any breathing problems call 911 right away. This is more serious than you think. Find another form of birth control for your safety.

Last week I had my first reaction to a condom. Itching and discharge. I thought I had a yeast infection. It went away after a week though.

I had huge welt on my inner thighs. Man what a pain that was!
