I have a servre allergy to latex AND wet paint............................ |
but when i look online i keep finding that they arent related....any ideas/help? every thing i have found on latex paint says it doesnt have actual latex in it but i KNOW it has to because it makes me so sick to be around it You can be allergic to anything, they don't even have to be related. You might also be careful around bananas and kiwi (related trees), things like rubber bands, erasers, some types of glue...the list is endless of things related to or made of latex. If you're looking for advise on paint they now make milk-based paint that is supposed to be a lot more natural and probably wouldn't cause you to react. If you aren't sure just hire someone to do your painting for you so you don't put yourself at risk. Good luck! Thats funny. Actually they are related since most paints are made out of latex. |
