Laser eye surgery???

Would it be bad if I got laser eye surgery??? I am 17 but the last time I went to the eye doctor my prescription didn't change so do you think I would be able to get eye surgery??? (I know people usually wait til their early 20s to get it but a friend of mine who's my age is able to get it since her eyes have finished developing). Thoughts on this???

Go for it it will be a little bit scarry :)

I work for an eye doctor and i know in my state you have to be at least 19 before you can get it cause your vision can change alot so i would wait, plus even after you get the surgery your vision can get bad again and you may need glasses again! So its kinda expensive to not be permanent.
