Could my mum get laser eye surgery?

Hey, my mum who is 37 wants to get laser eye surgrey but she is concered because she has these health probelms

Diabetes
High blood pressue
High blood sugar
High cholestorol
Overweight
Mental Ilness

Could she still do laser eye surgery or woulld it make her eyes worse since of he Diabetes and all? (I heard it affects your eyes)

she must get a clearance from her doctor or your family physician whether or not she can go for laser.
true, diabetes if not controlled can caused blindness.
i believe all her health concerns must be addressed first before you decide on the laser. best if you work with your doctor.

i have a distant uncle who had laser twice but didn't improved his eye sight and got cornea transplant but still could not see.

probably a doctor would be able to tell her this stuff, i do not know. I just wanted to tell u that your hat is lovely!!!! lol
