Cancer of the larynx; believed to be from work? |
I've been an pesticide applicator for 4 years at job. Improper PPE, lack of personal protective equipment and contact with chemicals from leaking containers.Do I have a liability law siut? Do you have a Physician who will testify that the chemicals caused the cancer? Are you a smoker or have you been and the list goes on and on. No one but a good Atty can tell you if you have a case after they have gone over all the evidence. You would have to have a doctor prove that the cancer was directly related to the pesticide. Was PPE available and you did not use it or did they not provide it? Did you know the containers leaked but did not say anything? You have to show the burden of proof that it caused the cancer. |

It is possible to have laryngeal cancer without changes in the voice. It does not always affect the vocal cords, as there are other structures in and around the larynx which can be involved.. Be...
