Is this pneumonia, laryngitis, the starts to bronchitis??

symptoms:

1) really tired
2) cold symptoms last week that seemed to dissipate after I took Zicam OTC religiously for a few days
3) now (since Monday): sore throat, hoarse voice, painful cough with greenish brown mucous, and chest pain when I breathe
4) no fever, no nasal congestion, no headaches, no appetite

thoughts? maybe bacterial laryngitis? or the starts to bronchitis? it's tough to say when i don't have a fever.

treatment suggestions? thanks!!!

Go to the doctor hunny, asap...something like this kinda happened to me, except i did have nasal congestion, i ended up finding out that i had a serious sinus infection as well as had to take a chest ex cuz they thought i had pneumonia or a bronchial infection...and they found a bronchial infection...so go

GO TO A DOCTOR!!!!!

You should see a doctor for a real check-up. Depending on how your throat looks and lungs sound it coud be Strep pharyngitis, bronchitis or pneumonia.
Feel better either way
