Getting rid of laryngitis - read details? |
i think i have a case of acute laryngitis from smoking certain substances last night because my voice is very hoarse all of a sudden. i have had a mild sore throat this week but it pretty much went away, hence the reason i felt smoking would be ok. do i have to see the doc or are there easier ways to cure this like tea and cough drops and stuff? Make chamomile tea and wile its still hot put a towel on you head and inhale the steam. This will help you a lot. |
