How long does laryngitis last?? |
I went to the doctor today because ive had an extremely sore throat for a few days now and I also had a low-grade fever and my voice is really hoarse. she said I have laryngitis caused by a viral infection, and she can't give me antibiotics for it. how long will it take for me to talk normally again?? it really depends. it could last a week but it could be longer. it really depends on how well you take care of yourself. you will have to try hard not to talk at all or as little as possible so you can let your throat rest. and dont whisper either, that actually makes it worse. just get lots of rest and dont talk. it should come back if you dont strain it. |
