How can I cure Laryngitis fast?

I'm pretty sure I have laryngitis... I have a major sore throat, I can barely talk at all, my voice is very low, loose, and hoarse, and I have a lot of flem. Is there a way to cure it fast as in a day or two? Im not sure what the cause of it is..i didnt yell alot the day before and one morning it just came out of nowhere.

It could be viral or bacterial. If it's bacterial, then you would need an antibiotic. You shoudl go see a physician as soon as possible. If that's what you need, it's amazing how quickly the symptoms are relieved. Hope you feel better soon.
