How To Get Rid Of Winter Laryngitis PLEASE HELP?

I Have Laryngitis Any Over The Counter Medicine That Can Help Me NO PHARMACY MEDICINE OVER THE COUNTER.

I get this badly twice a year. First: NO TALKING! Not even whispering. Get a little dry erase board and some pens. I like to used different colors for expression.

I really get a lot of relief from drinking hot Mint tea and honey. Like Plantation Mint.

Take ibuprofen for swelling and pain.
About 4 times a day gargle with a warm salt water solution. I tsp salt to a cup of warm water.

Vicks and a very soft muffler or towel around the throat.

Soda crackers if your stomach gets queasy.
Throat sprays that numb are wonderful if you feel like you are swallowing glass..
And my favorite: ice cream (no Nuts)

Also stay home and rest for a couple days.
