How do you get rid of Laryngitis? Quickly??

I have laryngitis.. but I got to go to school tomorrow... How can I get rid of it?? Fast? Or at least have some of my voice back by tomorrow?? I really need help!

You really shouldn't talk, and if the laryngitis is related to a cold you should stay home and not spread it around.

Take Zicam right away to stop it.
Gargle with salt water and if it's really painful, there is a throat spray that numbs it. Popsicles also help and drink lots of water and load down with Vitimin C.. Take Care. Grandma.
