Laryngitis? please help!?

My daughter came into my room this morning and was cheery, but she said she had laryngitism, as I had noticed. Yesterday morning, her voice sounded a little odd, but by night, it was pretty normal again. Today, it sounds raspy. She is also constantly clearing her throat. Any remedies? Thanks!

have her drink some lemon juice or rinse her month out with salt water and keep her home for a couple days and put somewhat hot cloth over her throat
