Lactose intolerance + backne?

i've had backne for over 10 years and just recently i heard that it may be caused by lactose intolerance. has anyone else had this experience?

I should've asked the question differently - is anyone who has backne also lactose intolerant?

Backne= acne on your back? I'm going to assume it is.

Anyway, I'm lactose intolerant myself, and the only symptoms I have are bad gas and (in extreme cases, like if I just drank a gallon of milk) vomiting.
