Can Lactose Intolerance make you gain weight? |
Can having lactose intolerance make people gain weight if they still eat/drink as much dairy as they want? Or can it make it harder to lose weight? I don't think so...actually, most adults are lactose intolerant to some degree. I'm lactose intolerant myself, and it doesn't seem to make any difference in my weight whatsoever. I just take an over the counter remedy for it and it really doesn't bother me. |
