Many people with lactose intolerance can drink goat milk , i cannot........why?

I am 40 and have lactose intolerance and try to drink goat milk, i have it 3 day and it give me Diarrhea.
Any help or suggestion? half cup ....or mix with soy bean milk.

First and foremost where are you getting your goats milk? Goats milk dose not contain lactose and is easily digestable but you are looking at several possible problems.

If you are drinking it raw, it might not be clean - hence the tummy upset.

If you are getting it from a store, you might be facing a manufacturing problem

You might be getting a goat milk blend (ie some cows milk)

You might be allergic to something else in the milk - even something the animals fed on since that can be passed on in minute amounts

Your best option is to find a milk goat farm in your area feeding high quality feed and buy a small amount of their pasturized milk. If that upsets your tummy then you just are reacting to something that cow and goats milk have in common and that is not lactose.
