What do you guys recomend me takeing for my lactose intolerance? |
what over the counter, or prescription, drug should i take for lactose intolerance, so i can have milk like products when i want them? anyhelp is great, because i seriously hate this stupid illness. As far as I know there is no cure for lactose intolerance so cow's milk or any other dairy products might have to be replaced by lactose free milk, soy milk or something else. You can get lactose free milk at major supermarkets. Make a doctor's appointment or call the pharmacy to see what they say. Wal mart makes a generic brand that is good. Just go snoop around in their dugs section you'll find them |
