How do I give complaint about particular clinical laboratory in india?

Recently, I took test from the clinical lab. The result of HB shown as abnormal. I got panic and spoke to doctor. The doctor asked whether the patients complained with any problem. I told no. Since the HB is abnormal then doctor suggested me to take the same test in CMC, Christian medical College. The result have normal.

I would like to authorities to know that the laboratory test is not up to the mark. Also, like me other people should not suffer.

Will there be any authorities to look at it for clinical laboratories. If so how I will give complaint against the laboratory?

Please clarify.

Have you hadn't watched the reports of BBC & HeadLines Nwes channels,They have made a cover story on this matter,It has to be done in a collective manner,If you are the only person against it you won't even stand a chance against these criminals,you need to be in some organistion.They will always try to fool you by telling you something that you are not good at(lab reports).Take care buddy
