I am a 44 year old female,married and a mother of three,previously i heve fell down on stairs with no fracture

one month later i had a horrible pain in my lower limbs, generating from hips downwords, with extreme pain in my sole feet (both), my knee aches a little(the knee affected when i fell down), i have some pain in my left side too.i made X-ray for knees, pelvis and leg with no abnormality. i made an ultrasound diagnosis for the abdominopelvic region also with no abnormality. i took a course of 17 IM injections of vit. B12 with no improvement. all my laboratory analysis tests are normal.the last doctor i visited said that i had weakness in tissues of my sole feet and need regeneration,he only gave me diclofenac sodium 100, and advised me to take injections in the affected region. i want to ask what are the possible causes for this unbearable pain?i can't stand or walk, i can't move on stairs.. is it possible that what the dr has said is true? what is the kind of the suggested injection in the feet tissue? is it safe? thanks..

Sorry for your pain...Have they did any nerve tests? I have nerve damage in my lower back...and it goes down my legs affecting my hips, knees and for sure the feet...I would ask for a nerve test or an MRI on your lower back...Ive had injections in my feet all it did was bleach the skin because they put to much...good luck...

Do not worry, it has nothing to do with the falling. Since you are already 44, you are nearing menopause.

I think you will be having calcium deficiency. If you are non-vegetarian, take more fish, eggs ,etc. If you are a vegetarian, take calcium suppliments.

In the mean time, kindly consult your physician.

Your condition sounds very interesting. I would suggest that before you get any additional injections, that you'd find a specialist who can properly diagnosis your condition. You may want to consider an orthopedic DO.
For B-12 injections you should of had a serium B-12 level to determine if you needed the B-12, those injections are painful. They certain wont help you any if you don't have deficent B-12 leevel in your blood.
The idea about regeneration of tissue makes no sense to me, at least without an MRI with examines tissue. I certainly would like to know the outcome of your condition.
