What are the best thing to do before CBC, Fecal and Urinal laboratory exam?

CBC- complete blood count
Fecalysis- stool test
Urinalysis- urine test

i had a blood count, its just a blood test and feels like an injection.

eat plenty of fruit and veg for fibre and drink plenty of water - you wouldnt want to be constipated on the big day!

BTW...this isn't "alternative medicine" these are tests that are ordered a million times a day!!!!

I would call your doctor's office and ask of there are any instructions you need to follow.

Just for your own info in case you didn't know: For a CBC they are checking your white blood cell and red blood cell counts (for infection, anemia, etc) and for the urine and stool they are checking for any bacteria, occult blood, etc. You may do a clean catch sample for the urine which they will explain at the office and there are a few ways to obtain the stool sample.
