What foods help lower my LDL cholestral.?

I must lower my LDL cholestral. What foods specifically help. I know to lower my weight.

The best foods to lower your cholesterol are going to be foods rich in fiber. Thats why you see the commercials with cereals and oatmeal claiming to lower peoples cholesterol.
In your body the chemical composition of fiber and cholesterol are such that they will bind and since you can't digest fiber your body gets rid of it by excreting it along with any cholesterol that it picked up in your body.
So my advice to you is to increase the amount of fiber you ingest, but be careful because too much could cause cramping. Make sure you add it slowly to your diet (adding an extra 1-2 grames of fiber per day) and drink plenty of water to aid digestion.

There is no specific food that will help lower your LDL cholesterol levels. The most important thing is to stay away from foods high in cholesterol (fatty, fried foods etc). Combine this with foods such as margarine and yoghurt that are designed to increase cholesterol reabsorption. Increase your exercise, drink plenty of water every day and try to avoid large amounts of alcohol as this can exacerbate the problem.

what does cholesterol have to do with weight?? i can be skinny and have high cholesterol.

want to lose weight? stop eating the white poisons - sugar, bread, rice, pasta.

IT WORKS

they advertise it on all oatmeal boxes

Don't be focused on eating on specific foods. Instead you should be adopting a healthy nutrition everyday. Doing some resistance training/cardio will also help with your general health. Doing this will help vastly with both your health and physique.
