Does eating the egg-lumps of fishes increase LDL-Cholesterol for the patients with Hyper-cholesterolemia ?


Hyper-cholesterolemia : High LDL-cholesterol and Tri-glyceride

You have to stop eating oily,greassy food and transfat,egg-lump don't increase ldl-cholesterol too much,oily food,liver.brain increase LDL-C more!

increses the ldl, but not much, but it increses wery much the hdl...so you can eat them.

I don't know what egg-lumps are. But, I did find some information on the benefits of eating fish.

Grill, bake or poach fish. Limit commercially fried fish and don鈥檛 add cream sauces.

Prepare fish without added saturated and trans fat.

Yes, after frying them there is increase in saturated fats in blood stream, increase in LDL, Hypercholestremia and triglyceride in blood.
