The best way to lower your cholesterol (without medication) is to be really strict with your fat intake. include lots of fiber rich foods like oatmeal (like the Quaker instant oatmeal in the packets or Kashi's oatmeal in the packets if you are concerned about sodium), bran, green leafy vegetables and have low fat or no fat versions of the foods your like. Even Cracker Barrel cheeses have low or reduced fat versions. Don't use butter in anything. If you have sour or cream cheeses, try their low or fat free.

It's so easy to make a few simply changes and you will get used to the changes and before long, your weight and your cholesterol will be improved.

Also check out the DASH diet.

Through a combination of exercise and improved eating habits, you can actually lower your cholesterol level. Also weight control program. Your total cholesterol is fine, your good cholesterol is 45 or higher, your is 67 which is good. the bad cholesterol LDL is high should be below 100, in your case is 119. So good luck.

hdl is great! Just have to stop eating cookies, cake, chips, ice cream and substitute with fruit to get the ldl down below 100.
