Can stress increase LDL cholesterol? |
Can stress increase LDL cholesterol? Yes it absolutely can!!!!!!!! But, it can't really do that unless you're consuming it. Eat foods with lower amounts of cholesterol and the stress can't have that huge an impact. Oh yeah, my Mom moved in with me, blood pressure, cholesterol, went sky hi!!!!! Went on medication, very stressful situation, so, shes still here, 2yrs latter. |
