How to reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol and increase hdl(good) cholesterol? does excercising help in any way? Perfect timing! I just had some blood work done, and cholesteral wasd just slightly high, but my LDL was too high. Absolutely.Eat fruit. different foods provide he two different types of cholesterol.... i dont remember which foods provide which cholesterol.... but to get more "good" cholesterol eat more of those foods and less of the ones that provide the "bad" cholesterol. Diet and exercise are the best way to start off. I do know that nuts, particularly almonds do help raise HDL levels. HDL is your good cholesterol. Eat less animal fat. |
