What level of LDL in your blood is considered bad high cholesterol? Thank You!?

Above 200 count is considered moderatly unhealthly, but anythign about 300 is dangerously high and action should be taken (diet, exercise and possibly medication) to reduce it.

200 is considered the cusp for the start of being to much but the lower the better for cholesterol. LDL should be 35 or greater. The best way to raise this is aerobic exercise. Try walking. Good luck!
