Lasik vision correction?

i will be getting the lasik vision correction done on wens. it costs a lot more than i expected. i will be getting the traditional lasik done and not the "custom lasik". can anyone tell me from experience if i should save and get the custom done or should just get it now with the traditional. i've heard that some people have had issues with headaches and nightvision problems... ?! i was so excited this morning, but now i'm a little skeptical!

I got the custom done in August. Custom corrects out higher-order aberrations that mostly affect your night vision. I got it because my night vision is generally bad and I didn't want it to get worse (I hear that can happen with lasik, whether it be custom or regular). In the end my night vision is about the same as before with glasses.

I recommend you talk to your doctor. If the higher order aberrations in your eyes are large, and you are concerned about night vision, you might want to get custom.

Custom is a lot better because in normal there are more problems and things that can (and will) go wrong.
