Lasik treatment or any advanced give u r suggestions?

I wear glasses for past 5 years. Is there any way to get rid of glass? My friend told me to go for lasik. I would like to know whether it can be cured without lasik by doing any natural exercise and food habits.

Pls tell me which is advanced in lasik (zyoptix).what will be the cost for doing it. tell me approximately.

If you tell that it can be cured naturally means pls tell me what type exercise and food habits which I should follow.

1.Definitely no specific food/medication/excercise you can carry out to overcome your shortsightedness. There is no definite proof but general consensus that constant staring at something near may increase the likelihood of short sightedness.

2.Zyoptix is a programme. The actual steps of Lasik are all the same. This programme is specific to your eyes to aim for more refinement of a treatment such as improved contrast sensitivity. This is ideal for those with high power and may not be necessary if your power is low.
