Lasik surgury...I am looking at custom lasik from TLC for $4,200? |
Have you gotten your eyes done, or know someone else who did? What did they pay and did they have custom lasik with the laser doing the cut on the eye flap instead of a blade? I just want to make sure I am not getting taken for a ride. Thanks everyone! $4200 sounds like a very reasonable price. I had PRK done in June for $3800 (-$400 discount from my vision insurance). I did it, it cost even more, but it's worth it. You'll have dry eyes, but nothing you can't cope with, and you never need contacts again. If you're close to 40, ask about monovision so you can put off the need for reading glasses for a few years. I did it and I'm glad I did it. I had both eyes done (Ladar - Radar guided Lasik)) Dec 1990 and Jan 1991 for $3,000 (US). I now have 20-15 (that's right - 15) vision in both eyes and use 1.25 readers. I just got LASIK done at TLC for the same price one week ago! I am very happy with my vision. I went from 20/400 to 20/20 in a day! It is so cool. I think it is worth every penny. You can finance it too. It is such a huge benefit to your lifestyle and you'll never have enough money so just do it! You will be so glad you did. Everyone that I've talked to has said how happy they are and how they wished they would have done it sooner. The price is totally fair and you wouldn't want to go somewhere bad; they give you a lifetime guarantee. That's good. you can get cheap surgery but first you need to get free exam from this site http://www.free4earth.com/How_To/Get_Fre... you can choose your suitable time for your free exam and don't worry you will not pay any thing in exam just choose your time to make your free exam |
