Does lasik damage health?

if i get a lasik surgery done, does that actually damage my eyes or nerve system of anything in my body in any way? im planning to get it dont in a few years, and i wanted to know. and would it be better to get lasik or keep glasses? for my health, i mean.

If Lasik is appropriate for you and it's done correctly, it should not cause any damage.

I had it done, and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. Didn't hurt me in any way, shape, or form.
