Kyphosis treatment for adults? Spinecor? |
I am a 29 yr old male, and have a mild case of kyphosis. It does cause back pain and I am afraid it will get worse with time. What are my treatment options? I have heard the spinecor brace is amazing and can help, but is really expensive (for me atleast). Is this the best way to treat it? Any advice will be much appreciated. if it's pure kyphosis, there might be more inexpensive option. There are braces for those with increased kyphosis which cost small fraction of what Spinecor would cost, But that's if kyphosis is the only aspect you want to treat. A rehab exercises should be also accompanied with this brace. |
