How do i get rid of my Kyphosis-Lordosis (S-shaped posture) and have a normal posture without it returning?

Kyphosis-Lordosis
Characteristics of this type of posture include:

The hip flexors muscles are usually tight
The abdominal muscles are long and weak
Stresses pivot in the lumbar spine
Stiffness and pain is common in the thoracic spine
The neck is often poked forward which causes neck pain

The pectoral muscles and upper trapezius are also probably tight

Thats what it looks like

Go to an Orthopedic Doctor and follow their advice.

Do you really expect to find a cure here?

GOOD LUCK!
