How common is it to have minor kyphosis and lordosis? |
i have minor cases of both. does anyone else have this? its not bad, i know its just the way my spine is shaped. Is it common for people to have this? everyone has it, its just the way our spine is shaped, it curves outward on top (kyphosis) and inward on the bottom (lordosis). the problem is when our spine curves too much in either direction |
