Does anybody know if all types of kyphosis are genetic?

Kyphosis can be congenital or acquired. Ways is which it can be acquired are through developmental trauma, metabolic disorders, vertebral compression fractures, arthritis, scoliosis, Scheuermann's disease, neuromuscular conditions, osteogenesis imperfecta and spina bifida.

Some types run in families and thus may be genetic. Most are not.

I imagine genetics will only give you a predisposition to kyphosis, but not cause it directly (especially kyphosis developed in senior citizens (osteoporosis is the cause)). In some cases, kyphosis maybe genetic if it is present in a younger person.
