Is it true that getting a stronger back will help you with Scholiosis?


What about Kyphosis?

The stronger your muscles in your back will help to stablize your spine to prevent it from curving more.

yes for the first question and then I don't know what kyphosis is...

No I don't know but sitting up straighter more often could help or help prevent you from having scoliosis.

scoliosis: depends of the degree of curvature, maybe back stretching and exercises my remedy any back discomfort.

good health and an exercise are important. talk to your orthopedist about specifics for you before you start an exercise regime.
